Pricing
Exclusive of GST.
Tolls passed on at cost.
Payment is required prior to driver dispatch.
If booking is cancelled while driver is en route or has arrived at pick up, a $45 fee can apply.
Delivery time
Standard: same-day, before 5 pm, if booked before 11 am, pending capacity.
Express: same-day, ASAP, pending capacity.
Loading & unloading time
Standard: 10 minutes. Additional time at $1 per minute.
Express: 20 minutes. Additional time at $1 per minute.
Item limits
Standard: one item up to 50 x 50 x 40 cm | 25 kg. Additional items within same limits can be added for $15 each.
Express: one or multiple items up to total dimensions of 150 x 120 x 100 cm | 100 kg.
Pickup & drop-off expectations
Items must be ready at pickup time.
Clear access is required for our vehicle.
Our driver must be limited to ground-level access only.
A contact must be available at both pickup and drop-off to hand over and receive the items.
Safety
Items between 25 kg and 100 kg require assistance at both pickup and delivery.
We do not transport dangerous goods, hazardous chemicals or illegal substances.
We are not a common carrier and reserve the right to deny any job.
